Player Accident Insurance (PAI)

Futsal 4 Life (F4L) offers a level medical reimbursement (via PAI) for non-Medicare expenses incurred from injuries sustained while participating in its leagues.

The amount of PAI cover is not ‘comprehensive.’ As a result, we strongly recommend players take out their own private health cover, that is tailored to their own personal situation.

Firstly, players who are eligible for an insurance claim must have incurred the injury whilst playing in a F4L league. Secondly, the insurance provider will assess the injury to see if it meets the conditions of the policy.
